How the enquiry form works
The date-request form does not submit your details to, or store them on, this website. When you press “Email my date request”, your device opens your normal email application with the information placed into a draft email. Your details are sent only when you choose to send that email.
Information we receive
If you contact us, we may receive your name, job title, hotel details, contact information, proposed event dates, expected guest numbers and any other information you include.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess venue suitability and availability, prepare a booking and, where appropriate, administer the resulting event. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiries and booking correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed for business, contractual, insurance, accounting or legal purposes.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including access, correction and deletion in appropriate circumstances. Contact us if you wish to exercise a right or ask a privacy question.
