How the enquiry form works
When you press “Request a call”, the information you enter is submitted securely through this website. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and are recorded in our Netlify account so that we can respond to your enquiry. Netlify may also send us an email notification of the submission.
Information we receive
If you contact us, we may receive your name, hotel name, telephone number, email address and an optional proposed event date.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess venue suitability and availability, prepare a booking and, where appropriate, administer the resulting event. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiries and booking correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed for business, contractual, insurance, accounting or legal purposes.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including access, correction and deletion in appropriate circumstances. Contact us if you wish to exercise a right or ask a privacy question.
